Successfully managing a large estate is a challenging task at the best of times, and it is increasingly difficult in today’s economic environment. Finding experienced estate managers and other skilled professionals is hard, as is creating an environment where they are motivated and proactive.

Our extensive experience in this area has enabled us to develop a support programme for large estates and exclusive properties where we conduct regular visits and provide communications (as well as one-off project based events) with key figures in the organisation, supporting them to plan, maintain and improve the entire environment. This may include mentoring inexperienced staff, providing advice on specific developments, or helping staff to access the best sources of plants, equipment and machinery.
